Master Photographer /Videographer Agreement Request at or above $15,000:

Effective September 1, 2016, The University of Texas at Austin executed twenty eight (28) Master Photography/Videography Service Agreements for qualified vendors to provide professional photography/videography services in which the cost of services are below or exceed the open market value of $15,000. The agreements are effective until May 31, 2019 for the providing of University-wide photography/videography services. Note: For projects that exceed $15,000, departments must choose one of the listed vendors.

MASTER PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENTS

The University of Texas at Austin opened a public multiple award Request for Proposal (RFP) for high-quality professional photography services to be provided at best value to the University community.

The University has since executed fourteen (14) Master Photography Service Agreements, with the awarded vendors. The vendors will provide University-wide photography services. The requesting department has the option to choose vendors from the following list of executed Master Photographer Services Agreements:

The University of Texas at Austin opened a public multiple award Request for Proposal (RFP) for high- quality professional videography services to be provided at best value to the University community.

The University has since executed fourteen (13) Master Videographer Service Agreements, with the awarded vendors. The vendors will provide University-wide videographer services. The requesting department has the option to choose vendors from the following list of executed Master Videographer Services Agreements:

Standard Photographer/ Videographer Services Request below $15,000:

Departments have the option to choose any qualified vendor to perform standard photography/videography services in which the cost of services is below the open market value of $15,000. To request such services, proceed as follows:

  1.  Complete the standard the University purchase order requisition document in POINT Plus. Outline the proposed services under the statement of work. Include the type of service ( i.e. photography / videography) , the event date, the purpose, the event name or subject, location, the method of delivery of the images or film format, and the final delivery date of the work.
  2.  Route the draft purchase order (PBO) for final approval. Once approved , send the vendor the purchase order for payment. Please contact the Purchasing Office with any questions or concerns regarding the Purchase Order process.
