Non-Disclosure Agreement (the University providing information)
Used to restrict access to confidential University information. The results of the disclosure may or may not result in a separate agreement or PO for the procurement of services.

Used to restrict access to confidential company information. The result of the disclosure may or may not result in a separate agreement or PO for the procurement of services.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (mutual information sharing)
Used when both parties wish to restrict access to confidential information. The result of the disclosure may or may not result in a separate agreement or PO for the procurement of services.
Exhibit A to Non-Disclosure Agreement (the University receiving information or mutual information sharing)
Used to demonstrate the University employees who receive nondisclosure information will comply with the non-disclosure agreement. This Exhibit A is included with the company’s non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement when they will not accept the University’s Non-Disclosure Agreement template, or this Exhibit A is attached to the University’ Non-Disclosure Agreement templates for receiving information or mutual information sharing.
Visiting Faculty (UT Faculty Visits Elsewhere)
Used when University of Texas at Austin faculty are visiting and teaching at another University or college.
Visiting Faculty (Visiting Faculty comes to UT)
Used when faculty from another University or college are visiting and teaching a course at the University of Texas at Austin.
Work Made for Hire
Used when the University is requesting the creation of intellectual property, such as educational course materials as a “work made for hire.”
